I get anxious for no reason when trying to sleep, even when there's nothing imporant planned the next day. So I sometimes take Amtripyline which helps me to relax. The problem is when you take it, it knocks you out for much longer than your normal sleep.
Last night took one at 6am, woke up 4pm. Not impressed.

Maybe the reason you cant sleep is because you wake up so late?

what is the frame made of?

i'd have expected a fresh break to be a little shiny, not so dull in colour

I thought this, was advertised as SLX. It's far to light to be carbolite or anything like that. And looking closer, it is shiny.

I think its going to be insurance job + new frame.

I've been looking for over a year for a new frame that I like and today it arrived in the post. It's gorgeous.

Started to build it up and... No, you can't be fucking serious, the right hand seat stay has sheared where it meets the seat tube...

I think the happened in transit. The package was insured to the money shouldn't be a problem.

Just livid that i finally find a frame and it's fucked.

Rang up BJ and they said 65 for a new seat stay, but then I need money for it to be couriered and a respray too. About £170 in total.

Seems a lot, could almost buy a new frame for that. Is there a cheaper option? Weld? Would this work? (Obv not but worth a shot)

Could then use this frame as a hack.
