training for hipstapalooza??? i dont think my liver or kidneys want or need that kind of training
anyway, i'll be busy enough sorting that particular event out to participate...

i might give liverpool a go if i'm not working/looking after lil'un/busy with domestic chores - potentially justified to myself as training for berlin... its just another race at this stage in the season

zero - shimano still make single (ie track) chainsets in square taper and octalink... you will be looking at 42 (120mm) as opposed to 50 mm (135mm) chainline

miche is designed for 42mm chainline

REGISTRATION WILL OPEN AT 6 at sandbar

the start will be a couple of blocks away from sandbar so y'all dont have to cross oxford road...

when mr baker and i were discussing the course the one he'd planned was flat... but that might change...

mr baker is organising tonights time trial as part of the ibikemcr festival

meet at sandbar at 6pm for registration

start at 7pm

this will be a road time trial - approx 7-8 mile distance

if y'all not too pooped after the rtt, i'll run the multistorey tt

@ haj - what 23mm clinchers are you using up front?
it'd be really helpful getting feedback from someone thats successfully using that width tyre
i've seen heavy tyre rub on forks from 23mm tub use - we're considering increasing the fork/tyre clearance a little...

so "the bus being broken" really means that charlie had so much fun in italy he totally forgot about the event?

i've made a suggestion for a route into town - dont know if he'll go for it...

it'd make sense for folk to get alternate means of transport out of town (ie train) and then test in...
