okies, carlos and me were planning to organise a BBQ at this weekend's polo, if you lot are interested that is. we've got at least one wheelie (ghostable) bbq lined up. not sure what time you lot would like it lit and cooking, so let us know your thoughts. anyone else who can bring a grill, please do, though i guess the numbers at polo should be ok with one. we'll bring the fire and the grill, just bring the fodder. what do y'all think?

baddesigner just spotted hippy riding out of brick lane heading down bethnal green road eastways. um, saw a dude on blue/white cruiser, fixed wheel, white deep-v's grab a coffee at lcb, and a guy on a nice chrome looking number (maybe a bianchi, maybe not) heading east along bethnal green road with tan bar wrap and white lid.
doh. so bad with names, nicknames and faces. and bikes too. sorry hippy, it was badrider.
there are two chaps who ride along old street, one i saw yesterday and one today, both matt black plain frames (make? dunno) with yellow deep v's and yellow wrap, cept on has drops and the other bullhorns. i saw an excelllent pale blue? roberts outside the gallery on columbia road last night (the show about the toaster fellow), white 3 spoke areo? front with white risers and gold finger? nice ride.
plus a hello to laura who bumped into vic and me this morning on clerkenwell road. -

there were times this last year when i had to go buy new and dry undies from H&M in the morning after a ride to work that soaked me to the bone. luckily i worked in apparel design so grabbing spare jeans and stuff was easy, but it was dumb to get so wet i had buy new pants. i was commuting on my ol' bmx and used to sling my back pack right down over my arse to act as a mudflap. ha! i am a knob. i have seen the light and cannot praise my crappy X3 german crappy mudguard. oh yes.

okies. simple stuff, starting with what i'm listening to right now, link a song or artist by association. for example 'faith no more - ashes to ashes ---> 'david bowie - ashes to ashes' ---> 'craig david - 7 days' ... a shocking example, but you get the drift yeah? if someone feels the link to weak, then you try again. so.... whats on the ipod right now?

hi brendan, we met that day also, chatting with your good self and the lady with the bianchi (?).
spotted a load of dudes on nice red bikes this morning, mostly heading along old street from old street roundabout or around smithsfield. a chap on a nice old red bob jackson, wearing a brown wind breaker and a bum-bag. also saw a nice dark grey pearson along rivington street. -
