Have a touring/adventure bike with a mix of SRAM/Shimano parts and TRP disc brakes. Front has a triple and given that it's my touring rig, this is something I'm happy with but keen to switch from bar end to STI style shifters. Any suggestions for hydro setup that would enable triple and integrated gear shifters/brake levers?

I was in Bilbao recently and stumbled across the Barcelona based Guixot de 8 who have some interesting bicycle based contraptions. They're in London on 4th of November in Bell Square but it sounds like they're also looking for other gigs. Well worth checking if you're in the area but do get in touch if you know anybody looking for some bicycle themed family fun.

I piciked up Velocharger Hub recently to keep my mobile juiced whilst on tour.

It worked really well for mobile but didn't have so much luck charging my external battery pack or my USB charged bike light - but figure these are likely to be due to limits of current output from dynamo. Not the prettiest but would recommend. Kept on top tube with mobile charging in frame bag.
Can see myself getting Quad lock mobile phone mount combined with waterproof mobile phone and you're away laughing

The ride to Portsmouth was probably the worst and longest day (i think my navigation skills got better from there on). I gave myself 7 days to get from St Malo to San Sebastian which I managed but it wasn't a relaxed pace. It's been a really wet September so make sure you've got some clothing that will be comfortable to ride in the rain in. Wild camping wasn't a problem for me. I soent a fair bit of the mid section on the Velo route but at both ends I did my own thing.
@WeeDougie if you've got any questions, fire away

I cycled from Da Nang to Saigon about 10 years ago. I flew in from Hanoi but figured i didn't have enough time to do the length of the country given i also wanted to head down to the Delta...took the coast road which found pretty user friendly given the wide verge for cyclists and scooters.
Had a lovely time, ate lots of street food. Guess there's been a lot going on since then but has probably been my most memorable trip.

Sacha White is in town as part of a European Speedvagen Tour. He did a great talk last night with the very talented Caren Hartley of Hartley Cycles this evening at LMNH. Anyway, if you're curious about what they're doing, get down to Rapha Soho as he'll apparently down there and is real down to earth.

Was in Warsaw over the w/end...Youmiko Vegan Sushi there is great and we left with big smiles on our faces
