I keep suggesting we speak but can’t find a number for them.
I think if I do it their way it will take ~1 month for them to receive the wrong light back, and then ~1 month for me to receive the right one.
I was hoping to have those two 1 month periods run at the same time, so I get my third matching light only 2 months after I placed the order instead of 3 months!
I may just give up and send it back, wait for the new one and then leave them bad reviews.

^sorry, I don’t know the answer to that.
Does anyone know who I should complain to - which ombudsman - I bought three lights that came from the EU (less than £135 total). They sent two correct and one incorrect (just completely the wrong thing). It took nearly a month for them to arrive. I want them to fulfil my original order asap, IE send me the right item, and I’ll send back the wrong item in due course. I don’t want to send back the wrong item, wait for them to receive it, then wait for them to send the right item - that could be another 2 months of waiting, and it doesn’t seem like it is my fault in any way, they just didn’t send what I ordered. They are being difficult.
1) am I being unreasonable?
2) do i complain through the UK or EU system?Thank you!

Yes ask for one. They must have come up with the number somehow, which you would hope included thinking about how much materials would cost and how long it would take. If they didn’t do that, then the quote they gave is unlikely to be accurate anyway.
If they did it and they don’t want to take the time to explain it, that may be because they’re great and so busy they don’t need to, or because they’re crap.
If you could speak to the last 3 people they did work for and they’re all happy then you might get happy that it’s because they’re so busy they don’t need to do the unpaid work, and decide you don’t need a break down.
I would always ask for one

Can anyone help with under sink drainage? I bought a new sink that has two dead-end fittings that look like they could attach to my dishwasher and washing machine outlet hoses. Can I just drill out the plastic and attach the hoses? Is there any problem (eg back flow possibility?) with them being opposite each other? You can see one of them clearly there

Yes I did. You made the right decision - wait until you can focus on it! I didn’t realise (/ I don’t feel it was well explained, but that may have been my fault) that I would get the most out of it by logging all my food for those two weeks, and by doing experiments I didn’t have time/focus/energy for at that moment (eg eat nothing until 12 noon except one single [Y], so they can see how you respond to it). You input a lot of data and get nothing back for a long time.
The blood sugar app is designed for diabetics, so the app itself gives very blunt / useless readings (they only need to know if their blood sugar is dangerously high or low I suppose). I assume that the monitor outputs much more specific data, that Zoe can then read, and see what blood sugar response you have to what food. I suspect there is a data output file you could get and do your own experiments - you can buy the blood sugar monitor direct from LibreLink. You wouldn’t get the blood fat results though which comes from a stool sample.

^definitely oversimplified!
Are you finding it good? I really wish I was, I still hate it though. The app is buggy, it doesn’t have half the food on it that I eat, the support is slow.
I find the diet advice in general to be almost no different from other diet advice I have had for years (eat variety, eat colourful food, don’t eat beige food, replace the unhealthy version with a healthy one - obvious stuff), although Zoe backs it up with excerpts from studies which are a bit helpful.
Overall I am sure I’d lose weight on it - I’ve lost a little bit - but that is the same with other diets - mainly eating consciously. If it means I don’t crash and burn then I will be pleased (although it is still overpriced for a crap app that treats you like an idiot).
I have cancelled my last two months of it, and sent them about 10 messages setting out what they need to improve and why, many of which have gone unanswered.
Overall my experience of it is sufficiently bad that I’ll also be deleting the Zoe covid app when my time is up on the Zoe diet app.
I’m really disappointed - I wanted it to be excellent and I just haven’t found it to be anything new or more likely to work.

Chin up! This is a fantastic project, your home is going to be wonderful and you've worked extremely hard to get it there. A final few hiccoughs that will quickly be forgotten when you're in and snug.
Plus you've been causing serious envy in lots of middle aged cycle forum dwellers dreaming of escapes.
Hopefully they can either move it down easily, with enough spare in one of the sections of chimney to deal with the 11mm, if not they may be able to add an extra ring immediately above stove or below where it increases in diameter.
So close - you’ve got this!

PS thank you. I am aware I am irrationally annoyed by them!
