I hope this bike was/ is returned safely. Whenever I take my bike on the train (usually London - Bristol) I live in fear of this happening. Fuck where my reserved seat is. I sit in the next carriage and watch for anyone wheeling my bike along the platform. Wouldn't help if the train was pulling away but it makes me feel a little better.

Was about to signpost my little brother. Gonna look for alternative Bristol forums when I get home but if anyone has any then please post up.

Forumenger en route from London to Brighton, riding SS and trying to keep up with his geared mates. We swapped forum names but if you were as tired as me all available brain power was focused on keeping the pedals turning. Was going to catch you up but realised the shortest route was to go down the stairs and join national cycle route 20. Even avoided the dreaded Beacon.

I can't explain the "sound" thing but I agree. Will buy the app today and I never buy apps cos I'm tight too. Win amp sounds a bit quiet. I will miss being able to skip tracks without unlocking the screen as per the stock player though. Perhaps I'll just use PA when I need the search...like when I'm hijacking my mate's car stereo.

Anyone got any volunteering roles? I just got the nod for FOP Course Marshall (The Mall) and FOP Crossing Marshall (Hampton Court Palace). The latter is self-explanatory but wondering if anyone knows what the former involves?
