i listen to music when i ride, it makes me go faster. any headphones are good, but in terms of music, if your i find that drum and bass really helps keep up speed and helps your pedal stroke aswell as that you can create a real pace with it, try and get some live sessions or studio mixes there normally about an hour long so should do for any comute or trip up to london.

well, it wasnt that bad at all, i spent the morning finding out how to use the radio and the palm piler thing, then started going around the main places that use the company, cant really complain, except the bag is so old and heavy and didnt have a nice strap so it kinda dug in, also the palm piler thing and the radio were looped over my shoulders in such a way that they kinda dug in aswell. after about 2 i did a couple of actual runs. all in all it wasnt too bad at all, although i did get lost a couple of times.
