I've been playing everspace (and it's expansions pack) kind of roguelike spaceship fighting/exploring game. Once you put some points into your attributes, runs get longer 20-30mins, and I still haven't got all the way through.
Also ollie ollie world for laidback skateboard vibes, soundtrack is killer..

Quiet for me, and for a lot of directors out there.
Had a word with company that reps me and the exec said the same. Lots of quotes on things with the budget getting squeezed so much it isn’t worth it from there end. He’s hoping things pick up later in the year.
Working on personal projects and applying for perm roles, I’m only 70% suited for.
Lots of jobs asking you to be three things in one, or roles which are mislabelled as creative but are actually technical…
Hoping stuff picks up after summer.. -

going to attempt workaround today. Only issue is I can't currently update the firmware on my fight stick, it isn't recognised by my mums laptop. Will try again and see if I can get it to work..
edit: also it seems streetfighter hadn't downloaded all the content for the game, just the bits you needed to get started. So had to manually go in and download the training section, but I had every other game I'd brought digitally over the last couple of years queued to download in front of it, so it's only just been copied across..
Haven't even thought about pulling in the open world section yet.. -
spent this afternoon, updating firmware on my magic pro s, trying to update my fight stick, logging into capcom id and creating an id for myself, linking new capcom id to my psn id and then starting up streetfighter 6.
Got it up and running, for some reason it streetfighter 6 won't let me open up the training mode (fighting grounds) keeps telling me that hasn't downloaded yet. If the games downloaded how comes that hasn't been downloaded as well.
then my fight stick disconnects after about 10mins, which seems to be sony's way of making you use an official controller, might have to buy a magic s ultimate to make the fight stick work, or try wiring my controller to the fightstick and see if that works..Makes me nostalgic for the good old days of cabled controllers and insert disc to play..

Streetfighter 6 has me making the swap over to the ps5 I’ve kept in storage for the last 6mths/year or so. About to try and copy over my save files, so I can finish off those ps4 games that I haven’t played forever.
Thinking I might buy the digital versions so I don’t have to keep putting in the discs.. -

I need to clean up and consolidate some hard drives to get rid of duplicate files and free up storage space, what software do people recommend? Ideally I'd like something which is semi automated, but if push comes to shove, can do some of the heavy lifting myself.
I have daisy disk already for general freeing up storage things already, but haven't used it recently
Thanks

Physical injuries are where the big (relatively) money is at. Payouts for clothing, bike repair/replacement, loss of earnings (depending on what you do) are small fry in comparison.
It be injury reports from doctors and physio are what confirms the severity of any injury.
I got sent off for an mri and physio sessions after my last incident to confirm my injuries, and that was arranged through my solicitors. -
I met @chris_crash in New York, in 2010, he works in film now and has a dog, from his posts on instagram think he moved to LA and is working out there

My missus has just brought a pair of the white velosambas, she wanted the pink soled ones but they were out of stock. She’s just getting back on the bike after some time away and back into her twice weekly commute to west london, any thoughts she had on them will post up here.
My initial response to seeing them is that they look a bit long and low, I don’t mind the shiny slightly reflective material on the upper, reminds me of those iridescent paint jobs you used to see, cleat recess looks a bit shallow - can see/hear clear clicking when the sole wears down a bit from walking, they feel pretty stiff when you try to bend the sole.

So many faces, and I’m still rocking the 3/4 swerve’s was this the one where @Greasy_Slag came off and did his shoulder or was that Cambridge? Or was this the one where I came off because I didn’t swap out a puncture, and then spent the last 15 or so miles riding no handed?

Got some bigger drives for my nas, which is set up as raid 10, wondering what the best way to get them into the system, should I just hit swap them one at a time, or would it be better to copy/back up what’s on the nas, take out drives, replace with clean ones and then copy back from back up? Or is there another way I’m missing?
Friend is interested in getting one of these

Does anyone on here have one and can let me know real world riding how it fares, pros and cons? And if no one has one, how it’s specs line up against alternatives looking at tern as the obvious comparison..
Thanks
