Just been checking back to the beginning of the thread, seems the glorious south beers started back on march 31st, and we made the great migration to the coach and horses on april 21st.
Fuck me that doesn't seem that long ago.
The Anniversary of the drunken conception of south beers is the 30th march 09, and the anniversary of the great flight to the coach and horses is the 20th april 09. Lets come up with some ideas to commemorate these great dates.
Anyone!

villa,
in a world of hurt with punctures as well, repaired six inner tubes last night, swapped out a puncture in the rear, pumped upto 120psi, ride into work this morning, rapid deflation as I hit notting hill, inner tube has big rip in it, think I put to much air into it and there's some sort of warm air/cold air contraction/expansion thing is going on. Put in new inner tube, and it won't pump up because of bent valve. Finally figure this out after minutes of trying to get air into tube and wondering whether I've just got a supremely shit pump, swap in new one, pump it up gingerly and manage to get into work.
This makes it something like three punctures in about 2 and a bit weeks, may have to buy some of those maxxis refuse that scott has on offer.. -

murtle, apologies from my end, the stonemasons, is too small for us now (and too expensive) but it was nice to get back there. So Crabtree next week?
BRM and Slaam, I'm never riding with you boys again, where's the love, first you bail out the wrong way down a one way street without a fair thee well. I catch up with you at hammersmith and then whilst defending your honours by discussing, in a loud voice why beeping on your horn whilst two riders are taking up the whole road, isn't a good thing, with drivers of said horn tooting cars, I get pulled over by the police and spend ten minutes discussing the situation with them...
Reperations are required young sirs....
Had a good night though, who knew so many people were gonna turn up, fricking amazing....
Good to speak to the people that I spoke to, though there's many I didn't get a chance to.
Dmczone, looking forward to the pictures, you were snapping away all night, should be interesting... -

Hey pisti,
I've never had any vinyl, and never had any inclincation to be a DJ, there's too many bad ones out there for that, good ones are few and far between, if you can mix on your bright times, god love you, I'm all for it, if you can't/won't/don't have the equipment, just lay the tracks down and let the good times roll.
Everyone's coming at this with their own flavour, no need to be prescriptive about how its done, and I'm pretty sure a whole load of these tracks didn't appear on mastercuts compilations, and if they did, so what, its all about the journey.
Looking forward to hearing your tuneage... -
just got back, good night, good night.
the roll home with billy of the hills and dropout was fun as was the east london sightseeing and bagel business with fruitbat and gizmond.
katttie kat kat, hope you got home safe and phil no more late night drinking, you're dangerous, but in a good way.
If I don't see the east beers before christmas, enjoy the rest, not sure how often you'll see me in the new year as I'll be off the sauce for the first three months and its an arse sitting drinking ornage juice, while others get lashed....Oh just one last thing, if you haven't put your name down in the south beers xmas shenanigans, party, tunage and a good fucking dinner, then do so now, we still need at least 20 people to make it worth the prince regents while...
you know you wanna...

Dancing james I was riding with headphones for the first time in months, and so wasn't able to hear you, stopped just past the 333 and walked back hoping that my hand in the air was enough to stop you from moving on, but you were nowhere to be found.
Would have dragged you out to easties with me.
We will drink tomorrow, well I will...@ adouble...
its their once a year thing, a return to the old jazz dance business, very fast, very packed, but a great atmosphere, everyone up for dancing, ran from 1pm till maybe half seven, closed the doors at 3 and it was one in one out from there.
I've got an rss feed to his myspace page and he posts up where he's playing so got it from that...

I'm heading down to his christmas thing down at plastic people on the 18th which should be fun, a whole night of Gilles on the decks, bright times indeed... -
