Terry Dolan built steel track frame and forks. 9cm headtube, extended 65cm seat tube, 56cm top tube. Black. Comes with saddle clamp and spare set of Time carbon forks drilled for road TT use.

109mm ISO BBs are a bit thin on the ground.
I'd guess at it running the same BB as the Campag Pista crank, ie 111mm.
You can get the basic Campag BB for a tenner, so its not the biggest gamble in the world!
There's a Gipiemme Pista crank in the Transmission Database partnered with the Campag 111mm. Perhaps a PM to ondine would shed some light.
