Fuck Gove.
On this Gov.UK can and can't do Covid page there are no specific definitions of permitted time or distances.
I live in Leyton, as far as I'm concerned the majority of London is 'local' to me.

I went for a 60km circuit of London coming close to absolutely noone. On my way back through Clissold Park I sat on the grass to have a few moments in the sun and stretch my legs.
After 10 minutes a cop moved me on although there was nobody within 7-8 meters of me.
If they wanted to make a real impact they should take the Police out of the parks and station them up and down Green Lanes and other high streets to enforce distancing. Currently shopkeepers are making a great show of controlling access but everybody just mills around on heaving pavements.

Needed some toothpaste and exercise.
Stratford Westfield M&S, Boots, Superdrug and Waitrose are open.
Boots have red spots on the ground and are operating one in, one out.
Security everywhere too.Its a 5K hike down the Lea from mine but its way less crowded than the Aldi next door.
Bonus you can wash your hands on the way in and out.

So you are happy with police and every man and his dog going by their own interpretations of the law?
Pretty certain my behaviour isn't posing any risk to myself or others and while there are no specific prohibitions in law to adhere to I am going to carry on as I see fit.
