What is the deal with the photo-realistic tattoo style; is there any info / advice on how they age and fade? I've seen some amazing recent stuff (Dmitriy Samohin) which I really like but haven't come across any older realistic pieces.

If you are not too bothered about the BB, and it is not totally seized, then a large adjustable spanner, an old screwdriver, and a hammer will get it out.
If you bring it to push then they might charge a fiver, or they might be happy to trade for pack of hobnobs and a ginger beer/three if the shop is quiet... i.e. during the day Mon-Fri.
