A question I often ask myself is what would I replace my bike with right now if it was stolen.
So basically starting all over again with little money...I honestly think I'd just get an oldschool mtb in a really small size and make it work.
I'd be looking for one with a tighter back end to most and with short tt and raked forks which I could switch out for straight. I'd be happy to have a tensioner too.Trying max's new bike made me think there are bikes out there that are almost perfect. And cheap. I hate being so precious about my bike.
What would you do?

Kamil built mine and josh's. I paid more than £500 and that didn't include paint. I took the original geo which Lee Cooper was part responsible for and made a few adjustments. I explained I wanted something between the og polo frame and the ESB. Kamil built it out of convenience. He's a 14 builder and it was great to discuss what I wanted with him. We also discussed tubing and whether to use gussets etc. My frame is 631 with tough Columbus stays.
All this was happening at a time when 14 were making changes to the current version and working out where they wanted to go with the polo build. I would imagine Lee will be responsible for new builds unless Kamile is requested.
I'm unsure what you will get from the new version. If you want custom Kamil would prob be the one for that. I'd recommend a 14 bike.I'd also recommend most of the others too though.

I have Gator on DVD if anyone want's to borrow it.
Plus Punk: Attitude by Don Letts which is pretty good...American Hardcore is well worth watching.
Saw a q+a special screening of that at Soho Curzon and a ton of old punks came to watch and were hating the Rollins. They also threw shit everywhere...Oh and if you like old punk fanzine art check out the book Fucked Up and Photocopied.
That's my contribution for today.
I like bike polo too.
