Will take £10 for this, there is one small bolt missing (to attach rack to bracket) and two long bolts (to attach brackets to handlebars). I can chuck in a couple of generic long bolts but dont have any nuts lying around....

Used dutch style front bike rack, collect from E14 - £12. All nuts and bolts included etc.

This is fine to use, a bit clunky but takes quite a bit of weight.

1 x brake caliper vgc including original brake blocks with lots of life in them. No adjuster bolt, everything else there. £10.

It has a cross strap under the arm so it stops it slipping at all. But not ad additional one over the top of the shoulder.
