ah so it's a north east type accent. i didn't want to pigeon hole the accent or get it wrong but had a vague thought it might be from up there. a nice neutral accent that neither offends or excites.

and while i'm moaning the gradual increase in numbers of ted talks / moth radio hour / radiolab type programmes with the annoying american presenters and their identical plummy overly happy accents. could we at least get a bit of diversity some southern drawl, some minnesotan, the odd texan.

stupid laughs in the background of bbc or other channels comedy shows. sometimes just have to change channels to avoid the idiotic baying / guffawing or chortling.

Am planning to watch the England game after the kids have gone to bed later, at around half seven. Does anyone know if iPlayer will have it available to view then (from the start, obviously), or do I have to dust off the ol’ PVR?

a friend recommends sites like this one. so if you miss you game on a saturday afternoon you can rewatch the full match at a later date. like watching live if you haven't seen the score earlier and you've closed off all media.

it is a combination. there are a huge amount of chicken farms you're right but the raw sewage being dumped untreated has an effect too. you got to start somewhere. the river is a murky green mess when back in my youth you could watch fish and see the bottom throughout the summer. i canoed regularly as a youth, but now i don't think i'd do any kind of water sports on the wye now due to the high level of pollutants which i'm really sad about.

well done to the greens in north herefordshire with a 69% turnout. great result. hopefully they can get some action taken on the woefully polluted river wye and hold some water companies to account in the courts after this weeks rulings. .

shame south herefordshire didn't follow suit. 63% turnout though which is decent.

ooops just re read all my posts about the zoostorm, the power unit did go pop about 6 years ago and i upgraded the c: drive to a 2 TB ssd at a local computer repair shop at the same time, but i'll still say the pc has been fantastic has done everything i wanted it to and is still as quick as a cheetah. i've barely dowloaded any apps to it just foobar / dbpoweramp / ableton / libreoffice and music bee on the desktop so it hasn't been weighed down with massive amounts of applications, i couldn't have wished for a better recommendation.

after the recommendation on here i buy a zoostorm pc with with 2tb memory and a 3.3Ghz quad core intel processor which is still running like a dream after 11 years and as fast as you like and has never let me down, still got loads of memory left after ripping a couple of thousand cd's and 40 years worth of photos, my mum is looking to upgrade her pc with something similar that can access the internet has decent memory / storage for photos and documents and at a decent price point. can i ask for some recommendations.

no need for an inbuilt wifi internet access thingy, plug round the back for a internet cable would be perfectly sufficient
