Given @hugo7 's question I can see how it might be effective (not a judgement on the question btw).
Regarding comparison to trans issues I did read a piece a while back on people who believe they should be disabled/amputees, many going to extreme (cutting shit off) lengths to be in the body they believe they should be which was interesting.
Note: I do not have an issue with trans rights but do find dysmorphia issues interesting.
He has been on the planet enough time for it to circle the sun 69 times- this speaks nothing to how his cells have aged/decayed over that time or the current regenerative power of his body or time left before his skin sack gives up.
