There's a comparison site that suggests they'd rinse anywhere from 10-30% of the monthly income for finding a tenant and then doing two inspections a year. I wonder if that just involves showing the crack den your place has been turned into with no action like "maybe open the fucking windows once in a while?"

I watched fuck all this year. Still haven't bothered with the Disco+ after GCN shut down.
I came from Oz where there was no coverage to getting Tour highlights to full Tour stages to Eurosport and watching almost every televised race each year to watching the Tour highlights on ITV and now it'll probably be watching stage highlights on Youtube or something and eventually back to nothing.
