it's not that tiny - it's a pursuit style frame with an extended seat tube rather than sloping top tube, the same as my dolan and ted's roberts.

Seat tube to top is 58, so that would make it about a 56ish

he got it back yesturday evening - he found a note in his pocket giving the address of where to pick it up.

Some lady saw him lying asleep in the street with his bike on his lap, and after watching a group off lads pick up his bike and ride down the road then return it, she dicided it would be better to look after the bike for him. She took his bike and locked it inside her shop that was just around the corner then left the note in his pocket saying where it was.

le car saw some hip tall dude with a beanie on commercial street this morning, riding a smallish white Vivalo, brakeless, white aerospoke in front, purple deepV at the back. One of the cleanest bikes I've seen in London. A bit of a cliché of fixed-gear trendiness but nice.

yep, there definitely are size differences.

Try cleaning/filling around the bit the crown race mounts on. if no joy then take it to a bike shop to cut the fork crown to the right size - cavendish can do it
