I’ve got a Trek and a BMW.
Brooklyns are just fairly long and low compared to more conventional short street/track geo that a lot of brands use. I wouldn’t worry about it. The little bit more length/lower stack won’t make that much difference to fit in the end, just whack the seat forward to where it should be anyway and use a shorter stem/riser bar if necessary.

1st gen Trek Checkpoint ALR (2022 hasn’t got sliding dropouts), although 142/12 means you have to use a Paul hub or a disc cog.
Bombtrack Arise and Bombtrack Outlaw

I’ve got an old Day One (rim brake) and it only clears 32c with mudguards, don’t know if they changed it on later ones. That current alu Day One/Flyer looks truly shit, suppose it’s cheap though.
