From what a recall from our rescue hounds you need a low protein food for them. Which sounds strange, but they will just build muscle and store energy there.

You could run a bit of flat strapping bar between the mid and lower mount, drill a hole and bolt the triangle mount to it. Then use another bit bent as the top crown mount. Just don’t go too low :))

Liz is almost as bad as me when it comes to bikes, 4 and counting.
Anyway she’s had this one a while now and it’s time for some more changes. At the minute it’s pretty stock. It’s got spesh saw tooth’s 700x42c, a spesh phenom saddle and DMR flats, but she’s ordered some bits for me to fit.
11-42 cassette, chain, flared gravel bars and it looks like she’s stolen my level carbon 650b wheels with 47mm slicks, hmmm. More as and when.
As it sits now vvvvvv (save for the saddle, she hated that thing)

A good few years ago one of our hounds Grace was attacked by a 3 legged staffy with a history of the same. She needed stitches etc. The owner did pay for Gracie’s and another dogs vet bills and the dog was rehomed (she was apparently I really loving dog in its new home). This only happened because somebody or bodies had words with the owner and their car had an accident while parked and a window was smashed and… I think it was something about a drug war.… I genuinely had nothing to do with it, but obviously they didn’t know that.

TBH I haven’t printed my driver bingo card yet.

We got a letter from Anglia Water about our leak. It asked if we had fixed it as our water usage was back to normal. I rang them to confirm I’d fixed it and they said they would refund our payments for the wasted water. Cool cool…it could take 7 working days…
This morning I checked our account and they have refunded over £350! It was only leaking for 14 days or so. Fuck me that could have been a huge fuck off bill and who knows how much damage if we hadn’t had a smart water meter.
In other news I’m still digging the trench :(
