I've thrown together something like this, based on the thingyverse file from @BenjiD.
Not sure if it was done in the end, but let me know if not

Good questions. Just had a look:
- all spokes seem tensioned
- front rim looks true, rear rim has a 1 area of deviation around ~3mm
- both hubs spin 'ok' - rear hub feels like it's tightened too tight (can loosen this a bit later to check)
-the actual joytech hubs themselves look good condition, pictures attached (please excuse the dirt, i'll clean them off today) - honestly based on the dust caps too, these seem to have got little use
- all spokes seem tensioned

As title says, bought a track frame, turned out it has been in a head on collision (seems like, from the betn headtube) and also the forks have been damaged due to over-tightening of the front clamp-on brake (or something else going weird).
Trying to recuperate some of the money back so selling parts off. For the frame itself, it has a
pantographed headtube, fork and bottom bracket. Campagnolo drop outs and gipiemme headset (though doesn't feel 100% smooth). Ovalised columbus tubing (as far as I've been able to identify) so should be fixable for someone who can weld. Italian threading I believe. Size: 59cm.Condition wise was repainted by someone, lots of rub marks everywhere and on down tube by front wheel - I also sanded off paint by the headtube to look for cracks (and left some file scratches) but couldn't find any.
From what I can gather, was one of the frames still made in Italy in the early 80s, as can be seen here, rather than the Canadian produced counterparts which were of variable and often questionable quality.
Please note is it only the frame, fork and headset. Post/saddle/seatbolt not included.
Thought I would try and sell it on here first for someone to fix rather than on ebay!
Price: FREE. Location: around Stockwell area.

@Ndeipi you can't stop the updates now! Is the DS dissolved as well?

As title says:
1. Mavic ellipse rear wheel - £FREE. Condition: was bought as a project. One side has completely stripped threads. Axle has been drilled out by LBS. Goal was to buy the axle from here for £20 and have a beater ellipse wheel. Rim itself seems decent (one small ding shown in pics), and threads on one sides look completely untouched (though have never tried to fit cog).Ritchley DS pro front wheel - £20. Condition: seems decent. Came with a bike I bought a while ago, has missing axle nuts, but except that looks OK. Comes with skewer.
Rock rims with Joytech hubs wheelset - £40. Inner tubes are both flat, but Kenda tyres look basically new. OK condition, see pictures, one section where previous owner scratched/installed the brake pads wrong.
Based in London.
Agreed, have to offer sacrifices for the sake of aerodynamics...
But yeah, maybe more pass on the £3.5k price tag from my side
