Thanks a lot! I actually managed to rotate it with a thin plastic tyre lever and then finished removing it with my finger. Those years of rock climbing coming handy haha
You might be right on the upside down bit, I can't remember as it was a while ago but I have a tendency to work on my bikes late at night and end up doing stupid things :]
In any case, I think i'll use another type of expander from now on. -

Hey,
I just swapped my handlebars and stem on a bike and I'm failing to tighten the topcap into the expender plug. The top cap & expender are spinning around without getting tight :(
Video to illustrate as I'm not very good with words: https://streamable.com/d52eab
Any idea on what's going on and how to fix?
Cheers

Hello :),
Looking for a steel (I could settle for other materials but I love the look & feel of steel :)) frame to build using some nice parts I have laying around.
In a perfect world:
- nicer than CrMo
- 1" 1/8 steerer tube (Already have a nice fork)
- Thru-axle
- Flatmount
- threaded BB
- Takes 700x40 tyres at least
Thanks!

Hey! Total photo noob here.
I'm looking for a digital camera for my girlfriend's birthday. She currently has a Sony HX90V that I got her a few years ago when she was starting out. She wants to upgrade and mainly takes landscape photos. She also enjoys doing close-ups and at some point she'd like to get into animal/bird photography.
Her only requirements are that it's easy to transfer the photos to a computer and to be able to have different lenses.I have no knowledge about photography, but in my research, I came across the Canon EOSR10 or R100 with an RF-S 18-150mm F3.5-6.3 IS STM lens, which seems quite versatile. It seems to match her preferences, but it's a bit too expensive for what I can afford right now.
I was also thinking of going to a shop with her so she can take a look at different cameras ergonomics/menus etc
Any ideas/recommendations? :) (Looking for new or used)

Anyone has travelled with a bike recently (On the Eurostar).
I'm planning on coming back from my next trip to London with a Bike but I don't understand the information provided on the website.
On one page it says that I can call a number and book some sort of service to carry the bike for me and retrieve it on arrival. On another page it says that they don't offer this service any more...
I'm confused
Hey, I was about to turn my MTB into a singlespeed for the rest of the winter but realized all of my Boost wheels have a Microspline hub.
Anyone has a relatively cheap solution to turn a MS hub => Singlespeed.
I've seen some kit online but they're quite expensive :(
