I have a hardtail MTB with a SRAM XX1 DUB crankset...
I'm thinking about replacing the frame and getting a gravel bike instead, but wondered if i could switch the simply the chain ring on the crank to suit the new gravel frame set.
mtb is 73mm BSA (boost frame)
gravel is 68mm BSA (none boost frame)so, could i also just add the right spacers to the BB, and move that over, too?
thus meaning i'd only have to swap the chainring when moving the crank and the BB (with correct spacers) to the new frame?
