Hey guys, selling some bits I no longer use.
STILL AVAILABLE:
1.ODI Rogue Lock On Grips. Solid and comfy grips but I don’t know if I still have the original end caps. £10
2.Halo Aerotrack Front Wheel, Silver. Wheel is in very good condition and the hub bearings are super smooth/spin forever. However there is a little ding on the rim from when I hit a curb. £30->£25
3.DHB Aeron Alpha Polartec Cyling Cap Size Large, brand new with tags. Tried on and didn’t like how I looked in it, then forgot to return. It’s this one https://www.wiggle.com/p/dhb-aeron-alpha-cycling-cap?color=black&sizeStandard=L
£15->£10
(SOLD)SRAM Omniums 170mm+SRAM GXP Bottom Bracket+2 SRAM Truvativ 48t Chainrings +Miche/Condor Collab 44t Chainring. £145->£140->£135->£130-> £125->£120 for the lot (Crankset+BB+3 Chainrings)
Aside from the slight rubbing the crankset is in great condition. All threads good/clean etc. Bottom bracket is very smooth and low mileage. One of the SRAM chainrings is close to new condition and the other is a bit dirty but also low mileage. Miche chainring has seen maybe 200miles at most. (SOLD)
(SOLD)American Classic 420 Aero Track Wheelset+InnerTubes+28mm Gatorskin Hardshells with life left (rear better than front) + BLB 21t Track Cog + Halo Lockring. These are the older and lighter non-tubeless version. 1455 grams according to this review. https://bikesareshit.wordpress.com/2015/02/16/american-classic-420-aero-track-review/
Very light and solid wheelset, much better and lighter than usual ellipse/halo wheelsets imo. Marks and scratches from use but structurally sound. Cog has seen maybe 200miles. Spin true and spin forever. These have a brake surface under the paint. £175(SOLD)
(SOLD)Selle Italia SLR Boost SuperFlow TM Saddle Limited TDF Edition 130mm.
As new condition only tried a couple of times and didn’t quite work for me. Very light saddle and these retail for around £130 I believe. £40 (SOLD)
(SOLD)MKS Sylvan Pedals+BLB Double Leather Freestyle Straps+BLB Plastic Toe Clips.
Everything bought new, used for a few rides and realised I much prefer clipless. Been sat in parts box since. £40 (SOLD)(SOLD)Generic Quill Stem (Kalloy I think) 110mm+Nitto RB-010 Bullhorn Bars 40cm +Lifeline Professional BarTape + Steel/Alloy Bar Plugs (similar to nitto plugs). £30->£27.50->£25->£20
Stem is a bit tatty but bars and tape in great condition. (SOLD)(SOLD)Carbon Easton EC70 XC 25.4mm clamp Riser Bars, 660mm wide, 20mm low-rise, 9degree sweep +Ergon GA3 Grips.
Very lightweight and strong handlebars that are quite rare to find in this clamp size. Grips have been used maybe 3 times from new. (SOLD)(SOLD)Shimano Dual Platform PD-A530 Pedals. Very good condition but with some marks and scratches from use. Bearings buttery smooth. £25->£20(SOLD)
(SOLD)3T Quill Stem 110mm(26mm clamp)+Deda Piega Drop Handlebars 42cm(26mm clamp)+Supacaz Bar Tape and Supacaz bar end plugs. £30->£27.50->£25->£20
Bars and tape were bought new and have been used for 3 rides. Stem has some marks but structurally very good condition. These bars are the closest you can get to “modern” feeling and looking drops without buying the likes of nitto m106. (SOLD)(SOLD)2X Schwalbe Marathon Plus 38C Tyres. One is almost new condition while the other has a couple hundred miles on it. £25->£20 for the pair.(SOLD)
Collection from N16 6TJ ideally, but could potentially meet up central and post some bits that I can fit into boxes that I have laying around.
As always let me know if I’m off with any of the prices or if you’d like any more pictures etc.
Cheers

So I’ve had a couple of questions regarding these and some interest but nothing concrete.
- Are these wheels compatible with 12x100 front and 12x142 rear thru axles? Yes. That’s how they originally came set up and I have those original adapters so can fit them back for the sale.
- Can you use these with tubes as I don’t ride tubeless? Yes. These can be ridden with tubes just like any other standard wheelset (that’s the only way I used them), but they can also be run tubeless as they are taped and will come with original tubeless valves supplied. The rims are hooked so can be used with standard clincher and tubeless tyres.
Price drop to £450

Hey guys, I have these wheels for sale as I always seem to be riding shallow rims nowadays so these are not seeing any use.
They’re in great condition having covered around 1,500miles at most, probably less, and the rotors half of that.
Shimano XT RT-MT800 Ice-Tech Freeza 160mm rotors included.
Wheels are currently set up 15mm thru axle front and QR rear but will come supplied with original 12mm thru axle adapters (can also fit these if you prefer). Will also come with original tubeless valves which have not been used.
Specs:
Rims: 50mm Deep, Toray 24/30T Carbon, Tubeless taped
Hubs: DT Swiss 240s, 36T Ratchet, Shimano Freehub (can be changed)
Internal Width: 20.3mm
External Width: 27.5mm
Spokes: Sapim CX-Ray straight pull, with Brass nipples
Wheelset Weight: 1,490 gramsThey’re a great and light wheelset with super reliable hubs. Both wheels spin straight and bearings are very smooth. Hubs sound great. These retailed at £1,100.
It’s basically this wheelset but with the more reliable 240s hubs rather than the exp. Also these have brass nipples which the newer ones don’t seem to mention. https://www.sigmasports.com/item/Vel/50-RSL2-Carbon-Tubeless-Disc-Wheelset/STI5
I’m thinking £475 -> £450 -> £440 -> £430 with the original dt swiss adapters and shimano rotors included. Let me know if I’m off with the price.
Ideally collection in N16 6TJ. I do have a box to post these in but would honestly prefer not to do that.
If you’d like any more pictures or details do let me know.
Thanks!

@lancelothamlyn Very fair price for a set of omniums with a chainring and a pretty much new bottom bracket too. Also cleaned everything up very nicely for the sale. Thank you, much appreciated!

Hey guys,
I have a few things for sale as they are no longer needed.
Kask Utopia Helmet in Matte Black Size L (59-62cm) in as new condition, worn 2 times without the removable inner padding to accommodate a winter cycling cap on my big head but decided that I don’t like how I look in it. There’s not a single mark on the helmet and it will come with the original box as well as unopened kask helmet bag. Also have the e-mail receipt from Wiggle. RRP is £219, I paid £131.40, so I think £85 is a fair price? -> £80 -> £75
Specialized S-Works Aerofly Handlebars, size 42cm. Excellent and clean condition, only briefly used and torqued to spec so no indentations on the carbon or anything like that. £125 -> £120 -> £115
Zipp Service Course SL Stem, 130mm length 6degree angle. Has seen better days aesthetically as it’s been in my parts drawer but a nice and solid stem with original bolts. I’m assuming it could easily be touched up with a sharpie or something along those lines. £30 -> Sold
Could probably post the stem and helmet but not sure if I have a box large enough for the handlebars. Collection in N16 6TJ preferred.
Thank you :)

No, I just try my best to give the bigger picture on how things are looking outside of the forum and on other platforms in terms of pricing, since I tend to be quite active on most places.
I also try to be very fair in what I am saying because my main goal is just so that the people on the forum get a good price and that the seller also gets a stress-free transaction. Realistically I just want people to have a win-win situation really :)

Been watching this wheelset on eBay for quite some time. They tend to go for £400-500’ish on the lower/lucky end, and £600/£650ish on the regular end. Some more used than others, some with rotors and tyres some without etc. Would probably say your price is quite fair but would seem more appealing at around £700-£750 on the forum. Good luck with the sale :)

I’m no pricing expert but I simply think that if your mate wants to sell it on here then he needs to list it at a much more reasonable price.
You can currently get the whole groupset brand new for £449 on wiggle, the wheelset brand new for £139 at merlin cycles, the frameset is maybe worth £350-£500 if lucky, and the finishing kit maybe £100-£150?
I would have to agree with @JamesQGM and say it’s probably worth around £850 but ultimately it’s up to your mate on how we wants to price this since it’s his bike and our advice is just advice.
Good luck with the sale in any case :)

Thank you amey, I've had a look on the aliexpress website but can't seem to find a product that conclusively states it's the one that I need :/ maybe I'm just terrible at navigating those sites, but I definitely don't want to make the same mistake of ordering one that will turn out to be incorrect again!
