Go to a decent local, get them to check frame and fork alignment and dropout levels

Use a friction, 3 speed or old 3 speed shifter and add a notch into the inner plate - Ill go through in detail later

The rear mudguard blade, cut it just above where the L shaped tab bolts onto the current rack.
drill / punch hole and bolt to the new RJT rack.

Soon going to have a stock of the thin C clips for converting a 2 speed wheel to use 3 sprockets..
£4 including the postage over.

Currently I just use a pebble battery pack, I have a young kiddo so have camped out for one night since her birth and I’m not sure I enjoyed it tbh... even if it was my stag do!
More than a night or two I would use a sinewave revolution, £120, just plug onto a dynamo hub and plug in your usb, I would charge a battery pack then down charge onto a phone etc if possible
