Long story, but this is now back up for sale with a new quill seatpost - many thanks @retrodicorsa
Offers welcome. I am planning to take this apart and sell frame and components separately but realistically that will take me a few weeks, so this is another chance to buy the complete bike (or dibs the beautiful frame)!

Hey Max, I quite like Deda bars, remember they are measured outside to outside, so their 38cm are actually 36 by conventional measurements. Zero1 are fairly cheap, Zero100 etc are nicer, both in alloy. They have a few different shapes other than the standard modern / ergo shape RHM. I think the ones called ‘deep’ are most like a classic drop but ‘shallow’ also have a nice round shape…

Built this a few years ago for my sister’s partner - she overestimated his interest or her persuasiveness, he has not ridden it once!
Frame was bought on here https://www.lfgss.com/comments/13790864/ it’s been stored indoors so in the same condition as when I bought it - used but really excellent, straight with no dents, just some very light wear. It’s really beautiful, if anything it deserves a higher-end build.
10 speed Shimano Tiagra groupset was also bought used on here, original 80s chainset both in very good condition. Cassette, chain, cables and brake pads were new and have never been used on the road. The Shimano RS100 wheelset was also new and has never been used. Tyres were switched to 25mm Vittoria Rubino after this picture was taken. I can include drop bar shifters, converting to drops would be straightforward but might need new cables.
Frame measurements:
Top tube 57cm CC
Seat tube 57cm CC / 58cm CT
Head tube 15.5cmI would prefer to sell this complete, but happy to split if required. Would need a few days to take it apart.
£425 o.n.o. Please
Collection in London NW3 or NW5, but I could possibly deliver within reason - north of the river / inside the M25 maybe. Would rather not post the complete bike but this may be an option if split.
Please DM if any interest in individual parts or any questions.
Thanks for looking!
Dave

Sorry for the late reply - this sounds slightly concerning. Pain should be improving at a week post surgery and pins and needles / neurological symptoms are a bit of a worry. I would suggest keep taking all your painkillers regularly and contact the hospital - you should have been given a phone number or other way to contact the team that did your operation. Please don’t suffer in silence!

Haha - very much so, now engaged. He just doesn’t really like cycling (apart from that he’s a great guy)!!
Edit to add: bike is still for sale. A couple of busy weeks coming up but should have more time to do split mid Feb!
