Could hear a car approaching for a totally needless close pass (to get ahead to a 100m queue of stopped vehicles at lights). As it came past very close, < 20cm, i punched the side of the car and gave a hearty 'fuck off cunt'. Turned and there was a small kid in the passenger seat, mum on the phone. All rather surprised at this turn of events.
I felt guilty but perhaps, given above, they learnt a valuable lesson?

A NOS Look 264. Probably a little pricey but cool
the guy is also selling some other interesting NOS early lugged carbon frames.
This is v. nice: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Tvt-carbone-92-frame/192718168110?hash=item2cdee5e02e:g:m8cAAOSwfqFatRZT:rk:5:pf:1&frcectupt=true

Here are my 2010 DA wheels. Last generation of deep alloy DA. The rims are more or less worn out, the front more so than the back weirdly. It would be such a shame for these, quite frankly, beautiful hubs to go to waste though. Need a clean and probably a service. There is a front at my flat, similiar condition will post additional photos when I have a chance.
Machined alloy shell with titanium freewheel body
Front: 16 holes
Rear: 20 holes
10 speedDA skewers included.
£40 in Brixton

This is so cool.
I just returned from doing the 4 rivers and really enjoyed it. Impressive level of infrastructure, not high on the adventure scales but great fun and pretty beautiful (particularly in the middle of the country). Possibly the easiest place i've ever travelled with no local language.
Speaking of adventure, I lived in central Vietnam for about 18mths. If you want an amazing ride, albeit fairly remote and challenging, there is the Ho Chi Minh Highway that run parallel to the Laos border (https://goo.gl/maps/miYn6F9S2tu). For a country and densely populated as Vietnam it is surprisingly quiet and idyllic. The scenery tho....

Have a new commute that takes me from Camden to Brixton, through central london for the first time in 4 years living here. Oh my word, it is anarchy among our two wheeled comrades, not to mention the pedestrians. When did wobbly undertaking become acceptable? Why the utter desperation to get to the front of red light queues?
