When it arrives any chance you can measure the internal cooking height? Very tempted but not sure it's high enough for big loaves of bread.

I find that the below produces a pretty perfect dough on most occasions.

500g Strong White Bread Flour / OO
330ml Water
1 sachet Instant Yeast
15g Salt
25ml Olive Oil

Not sure a NY style pie would work that well on the hob and grill method, might be too deep to cook properly without burning the top and bottom :/. A cast iron skillet probably your best bet if you were going to attempt it though.

I've posted links to several in this thread. Anything heavy cast iron with no sides will do the trick.

I find pans without sides make it so much easier to transfer the dough and keep it's shape.

Including postage, thru axle and Parcelforce Handling Fee and VAT it was £130.

Anyone interested in a 1 year old Xiaomi Mi 6? No marks on the screen and battery still good for a days use. Cracking phone, dual sim, nice and quick, decent size only looking to move on as I've now got a P30 Pro.

Having looked at prices on eBay, good condition Mark IV seem to go for about £400. Given this comes with the Sony case which costs about £60 I reckon £375 is a pretty good deal. That's cheaper than I can see anywhere and less than I'd get for it on ebay etc.

It's absolutely immaculate not a mark on it, everything works etc. Great little camera with the great bonus of fitting in a Jersey pocket.

I've edited my above post, trolling was not my intention. Just curious as to the different levels of finish and trying to understand things better and figure out what might be the cause of the issue.
