I leave mine in an airtight tupaware in the kitchen on the worktop overnight.

I generally mix it all up about 7pm. Shape 7am bake 08:30 ish.

Re proving basket I find wholemeal flour works better than white to help things not stick.

How hot was your oven / pan? I find you get better spring if its really hot.

I prove mine on the counter for between 40-120 mins.

Another no knead loaf. Couldn't resist a few warm slices with some brown butter.

A 2 bang is always a guess unless you nail the first word with quite a few correct letters, today's answer which lies at the more obscure end of wordle answers would rely on a pretty good guess, no?

I just use any old sausage, skin it, break it up and cook it in a pan with garlic, chilli and fennel seeds and then add it to the pizza. Whatever sausage you use you'll definitely have to pre-cook it though.

It's awful, worst film I watched last year.

Made some gnocchi tonight, using Thomas Strakers's recipe. They were excellent, lovely and light, definitely the best homemade gnocchi I've done. I served them in a pureed spinach, garlic and olive oil sauce. They were eaten far too quick for pics but were a great success.

Pleased with the 3 today, was pretty confident it was going to be a successful guess as it was the only word I could think of.
