Why would recommend against barbastelle?
I just wouldn't sink big money into a builder who hasn't got a really solid catalogue of frames behind them. Their websites a bit average and from the looks of the insta they only have about 10 frames behind them. If you end up paying the same as someone who's done 100 frames you might as well go with someone else.

The only other option is getting the cable through the headset. I tried filing a notch into a cheap top cup to try and route a hose around the bearing, but there just wasn't really enough material. The last option is trying to find a fork that has a non round steerer, and routing the hose through the headset like that.

Ive also been thinking about the internal routing on the upcoming frame. Would like to put the rear hose into the frame, but dont really like it when it comes round the headtube and enters into the down tube. So would like to avoid that. I experimented a bit with putting a hole into the head tube and welding a bit of stainless tube in, but theres not loads of room in the head tube

Well i haven't really made much progress. The tubes came and i had a few weeks with some free time in early feb, but otherwise have been busy with uni so havent been able to do much . I managed to mitre up the front end of this di2 road frame. Also spent a bit of time making an internal isp topper thing for the track frame. Got most of the way through then realised the enve guts would look way better so will probably just make a new one for that, if i can find some enve guts that is. The aim was to have it fit into the seat tube and have a conical plug to draw into the other end and expand it inside the tube.

awesome looks like a laugh, paint is excellent
Braze ons are my least favourite part of framebuilding so this frame gives me chills.
