I’m selling my gold standard steel build Condor Fratello, medium 55cm frame.

Custom painted by Aurum in metallic royal blue and Mercedes silver fade with sapphire glitter clear coat. It’s gorgeous. Top end mechanical build with Campagnolo Chorus 12 speed groupset, TRP brakes, hand built Kinlin wheels with Continental GP5k 28mm tyres, Fizik finishing kit and nice Kinesis full metal silver fenders. It’s a dream winter or audax build. It will be sold with a different Antares carbon saddle, but happy to include the XT SPD pedals.

Read some interesting analysis on Twitter about Sadiq recently pandering to the Rightwing car lobby by saying that he wouldn't introduce road pricing or any other measures to tackle motor traffic in the next term.
Its a massive false economy, those pollutionheads in the outer boroughs hate him, nothing will really change that, even if he cancels ULEZ, they wont vote for him. But what this does is upset his voting core and expansion into the green vote, people will think he's weak and vote green.

It’s not that unusual. Ditch Shimano. There was the big hoohaa over Giro being involved with weapons investment and manufacturing a few years ago. As a long term Campag user, I’d say stick with the small, pure family cycling brands.

I don't know that you couldn't. Would the council really say no? None of the houses on my street are listed or protected.

Feast and famine with Lewisham Council rules and engagement. Some poor sod has been trying to build an actually ok looking Passivehaus on some empty land near us on Wellmeadow rd and it's been denied planning twice due to a single complaint on the grounds of visual impact from a neighbour on the other side of the allotments - I kid you not.

Not allowed to build anything new of quality here, but HMOs you go right ahead!

We had an energy efficiency survey done, but I'd strongly consider not doing one next time as surveyors/businesses just don't put in the professional effort anymore. It's all desk/drive by checking with binoculars, you don't get much information beyond the obvious/common sense.

I think it depends on your situation. If you need to sell quickly, reducing the risk of chains etc then 1st timers are good.
