Thanks for the reply.
Any room I paint gets emptied and taped/sheeted off due to roller splatter so there's no change to my process there.
The overspray on those Wagner's looks minimal so think I'll go for it. It's only money and I can always rent it to family. And it should be cheaper than getting someone in one room at a time. Plus as the kids grow up we can change room colours easily

Has anyone got/tried the Wagner airless sprayers?
I'm considering the control pro 350 models as I'll soon have a whole new house to paint and want to know if I'd be better off with just a box of rollers (I hate rollers)

Fuck knows.
My solicitor doesn't appear to be able to get in contact with my buyers solicitor (same bloody firm) to get my answer about not having a buildover agreement for a mid 90s conservatory. So talk of completion dates are optimistic.Tho I'd imagine as completion is the point at which the contract is fulfilled then the end date really is the end of june

For sharpening I have the unbranded versions of these:
https://amzn.to/3bcsdiI400, 600, 1000 grits should work for most outside regrinding an edge. I decided to get 240, 600, 1200 as this works for me.
I follow this with a polish using autosol on leather or MDF depending on what I can find in the garage.
Takes under a minute per blade for regular re-sharpening. I'll get a tormek if I ever buy a lathe.
Blade guide I have the cheap one from b&q but usually freehand it.

Looks like our new place may complete before June. As a result I'm spending imaginary money on home refurbishment.
What are people's opinions on solid wood floors throughout (over concrete base)? I've found a potential source of Ash and Oak flooring at pennies on the pound, So would also like opinions on which looks/functions better.
