HR - so office based. I'm sure there are jobs outside of EC1, and I've been told I'm probably worse of renting / buying in London on a 'higher' income than elsewhere in the country. It's the lack of choice which is daunting

I have a bike cover policy with PYB but I can't increase the value of my cover because most of my upgraded components are 2nd hand, which is fair enough.

Has anyone here been to Swinley forest trail centre before?

My friend has convinced me to go with him this weekend, I am renting an MTB but I've never ridden one before. In theory the concept sounds like a dream but I am slightly concerned about the practice;

Am I going to be seriously hurt?
Should I go clipless or wear flats?
Any expert advise?

Headphones;

• they don’t last longer than 6 months
  
• half decent ones are very expensive
  
• affordable ones are awful quality
  
• you can’t remove headphones from packaging without destroying the packaging, which means you can’t return them
  
• so much plastic packaging is unnecessary
  
• each brand has so many different products making it difficult to find the same good pair a second time around on short notice
  
• the type of headphones where one side of wire is longer than the other
  
• in ear headphones that don’t stay in your ear
  
• wires get tangled
  

Maybe the venue let it down? I really liked it. It’s not ground breaking but I’m a fan. If the brewery had more than 2 products maybe it would appeal to a wider audience
