It wasn't warm like that down in Leyton, and even less so outside of the south circular and then the M25.
Decent amount of fog on Hackney Marshes on my way back too.
Left home at 7.20am, left work at 4pm.
Base layer, bib shorts and tights, three pairs of gloves, windtex jacket and skull cap.
I was still cold at either end

My rear wheel has started making weird noises, mainly when going downhill, or after hitting a bump.
It sounds like this:
I've had a check, and nothing seems to be loose (rack, mudguard, pannier) so would I be right in thinking that it is most likely the hub internals making it? Mavic Ksyrium Equipe.
Thanks in advance

congratulations! You may find that your long distance running improves. Those long runs suddenly become that much more peaceful and enjoyable.
There is a definite tipping point though - I think with my first I could run unhindered, but then when the twins came along, I had about 6 months of carrying on as before, and then my performance started to take a dive.
YMMV of course

Do you have two young kids? Do you want a free pushchair?
Are you near E10?
Please come and take mine. Photos on request. It's been well used, but still works as Silver Cross intended.
I'll even hoover all the crumbs off it if you take it away soon.
I think we have a rain cover for it, and the foot muff bits, but I'd have to have a search for them

I now only drink when I'm out. It's made a massive difference to my spending, and my resting heart rate has dropped steadily by around 10bpm over 10 days or so.
I still wake up feeling crap though, but at least it isn't a self inflicted feeling of crapness
Early days, but I haven't found it as hard to (almost) stop drinking as I thought I would

Mine has seemed ok for the past 90 miles. Do I trust it with a solo century tomorrow?
