Haha, I may actually, not really a fan of risers unless it's quite slight. I feel my hands are too high on my rossin so may switch the jag to there and put that flat stem on the orrell. Makes sense I guess as the slope on this tube would bring the bars to about the same level on each bike. Cheers bud, I'm really excited for it!

So far in terms of components I've accumulated a dura ace x mavic open pro wheelset, Sugino 75 cranks and bb (will be putting a silver zen on this), a concor supercorsa saddle and a lovely lugged nitto s84 seatpost.. and I have a dura ace HP7410 headset on the way.
Thinking Nitto jag and some flat bars or slight risers, but still unsure.. -
Recently picked this lovely frame up from @Green_Wheels (thank you again!) and am just waiting on the last few bits to sell from another build to afford to finish this one off..

Since receiving I haven't had many miles on them, have replaced a spoke that was damaged in transit and had hubs regreased and both wheels trued and tensioned by Allastair at West End Cycles in Glasgow.
Just looking to get back what I paid for them minus the costs of improvements to help fund another build. Phil 32H High flange double fixed Hubs spinning smoothly and wheels are both true. Couple wee chips on black ano on rims, as described in original ad, nothing major and you have to really look for them. Will include a Phil Lockring and Phil 16t cog.
£290 shipped in the UK? If I'm off on pricing let me know, but seems like a reasonable price for a pretty, bombproof wheelset.Cheers

Yeah I get that, I've just always had chopped down bars really, I feel way more sturdy right over the stem than out wide for some reason.. I even use 33cm drops on a couple other bikes because I really don't feel comfortable much wider.
There's been a couple potholes that have had me worried about that but not yet fortunately, yet...

@ltc Here it is with the bar tape, what do you reckon? Keep it? White? or one of these kind of black and white white noise designs or something that are going about? Or a ridiculously bright colour?

Ah perfect, cheers for pointing that out bud, too early this morning when I uploaded it.. Yeah the more I think of it the level stem seems like the best option. For some reason I only feel comfortable on narrow bars, do you know of any compact drops that are sub 36cm?
