Cheaper versions of zinc cladding such as Euroclad Vieo also come in colours, ideal for dormers I reckon.
Is that a wood burning stove? Guessing thats a flat rather than a extra bedroom? Also curtains/blinds you're going to have them closed most of the time unless you enjoy being watched.
I like the brick gabel's for sure -

The Titan leaf blower from screwfix is good for the money (under half price of Stihl)
It sucks and blows which can be handy. Its 2 stroke though, if that's something to consider.
It isn't orange, so no one will take your commitment to blowing seriously, although this could be be solved with a can of spray paint. -

So after years of solo coffee drinking, my wife has got the taste for the good stuff. This means I have to brew 2 cups, not idea with my aeropress.
Don't like french press, thinking V60 or Chemex. Not sure what the difference is, any suggestions for a 2 cup brewer?
I have an electric wilfa, so adjusting grind sizes is not a problem.

Yarmo stores is also worth a look. The jumpers they sell for £45 are often found for around £100
Genevieve Sweeney also has a few men’s pieces, she’ll add sewn initials for a £5er if that’s your thing.
Not sure any of those meet the quality of more pricey options though:

Jealous of Quooker tap. I dislike kettles, they never look good....
