Hi! For sell goes my Grandis Over Max frameset. It was my “best bike” last summer, but I didn’t really ride it that much. I guess that the thing with the best bikes. Anyway, I really liked it but now it’s time to move on. The frame is made out of tubing made exclusively for Grandis and is based on Columbus Max tubing. Rear seat stays are aero profiled, rear brake cable runs internally and exits top tube in sick way on the seat lug, there are planty of panto all over the frame. As this was a custom tube set the lugs are also custom.
It’s a race oriented frame with aggressive geometry. The measurements are:
Seat tube 55 cm
Top tube 55 cm
Head tube 15 cm
ITA bottom bracket, original 1 inch Max chromed fork.
The chromes are all good, there is no flaking, tho there might be some scratches here and there. There are no dents or cracks on the frame. Usual scuffs and scratches from every day use. There is quiet a deep 5 cm scratch on the top tube, also, someone used too fat of a tire and there’s a rub on the seat tube that goes right to the rough steel in a small area. The frame is fully chromed.Included in the sale is Campagnolo Record headset (mid 90s era). I put it in after I got the frame and it was running good on a bike, but under a closer inspection the bearings are no longer perfect. Still perfectly useable though. ;)
Some pics:

Bought it for 400€ and that’s what I’d like to get back.
Cheers! ;)

Are you planing on taking your bikes on a train? In Japan traveling by train with a bike is really unconvenient. You’d have to pack your bikes into ginko bags and make sure that they’re no trouble to anyone.
As multiburst said, Yoshino river is quiet nice, there are some nice places for wild camping. We took the ferry from Tokyo to Tokushima. We choose a ferry over a train coz of the bike problem I’ve mentioned.

Hi. Last summer me and my girlfriend spend over a month cycletouring from Tokushima to Tokyo. You’re gonna love Shikoku - the most magical and beautiful place I’ve been in. Eastern part is less populated and nicer then the Weatern part. One thing I’d hardly recommend to everyone:
Kuretaishomachi Market
Taishomachi Kure, Nakatosa, Takaoka District, Prefektura Kōchi 789-1301,
Japan
https://goo.gl/maps/yZwUyvJw4e52Kuro is a small fishing village. We spend the night camping just outside and visited Kuro Fish Market in the morning, just when it opened. There we had the best and freshest tuna in all of Japan. The fishermen even took us to the back of his store and let me prepare tatami (flamed tuna) by myself. This was the best experience. Also if you want to visit Kuro you should take route 320 by the Ocean coast and then follow this road:
Unnamed Road, Kure, Nakatosa-chō, Takaoka-gun, Kōchi-ken 789-1301, Japonia
https://goo.gl/maps/RNTyPWJeQtoSeriously this was then nicest stretch of road in all of Shikoku. I love Japan and I’m gonna cycle through it again I’m sure. The roads are smooth and people are polite. You’re going to have time of your life. Good luck!
Ohh, and:

Doesn’t really look like 23,5 inch... great bike and I love the paint.
