This doesn't look like an original paint job. The amount of logos and branding on the frame is highly suspicious - to me this suggest the frame has been repainted. A high quality Bianchi frame would carry a lot less logos and panthographed seat stay caps and fork crown. Seat post and stem were repainted to match the frame (probably at the same time as the frame). The rear derailleur carries Ultegra sticker, but it's not Ultegra derailleur .
This may be a Bianchi frame, but it'd be very hard to determine. Photograph of the underneath of BB might shed some light.

It'd have to be a lever boss rather then a crew boss. I also find it highly unlikely that a frame of this pedigree would have a BB mounted dynamo, any dynamo for that matter.
Perhaps a screw holding seat post in place? I know there's a seat post binder at the seat stays joint, but perhaps its insufficient?

A friend totaled a frame in the same way a few years back. Was an old, gas pipe Romet Huragan track frame. He still rides it with much success, jokes about it having a custom geo, never replaced a thing on that bike (this includes chain). I feel like you can simply ignore damage like that on a steel frame.
If I’m wrong someone please correct me, a have a slightly bent frame as well. ;)

Hehe there are community duties to be taken care of ;) However every time I swap headset there’s this dreadful though in the back of my head - what if this time the headtube will crack? I mean, it’s a 70s frame and I’m sure it has been through a fair amount of headsets fitted.
Or have I gone mad?
