Clearout! Leaving the UK soon, so need to get rid of these bits.
Zipp 404 firecrest, carbon clinchers. Shimano 10spd.
Bought for a project I've not got time to finish. Bought second hand off a guy who used them for a few ironmans but nothing else. Realised after I'd bought them the front hub was under the Zipp recall so the from hub and spokes have been replaced by Zipp and are unridden. No skewers and the rims have a bit of sticky residue on where the previous guy removed the decals but I've not got around to cleaning.
£500Rotor 3D MAS chainset. 110BCD. 172.5 cranks. 53/39 aero chainrings. Fantastic condition. Only ever used on TT bike, have gone 1x so no need for this chainset.
£150Speedplay light action chrome-moly, in black. Pedals super lightly used. Cleats unused. All spares and box included.
£50Specialised Ronin saddle (143mm width). Full carbon rails. Crazy light and pricey but my gooch said no. Ridden circa 50 miles.
£50Velo Orange Pass Hunter canti mount rack. Perfect condition but no mounting bolts. Lost in the parts bin forever.
£30SRAM Red black front caliper. Perfect condition.
£35Ultegra braze in front mech. Perfect condition.
£15Tyres:
Michelin pro 4 service course black x2 23c - good condition, £15 pair
Michelin pro 4 service course white side wall x2 23c - good condition, got free - so free to you!
Conti gp4000 s II x1 23c, used for 3 TTs - £20
Conti cyclocross speed x2, 35c. Almost unused off a stock Croix de Fer. £15 pair
Panaracer pasela X1, 28c, new unused, £15I've also got a 10spd 7900 dura ace groupset. It's at work so no pics here at the mo but complete other than chainset. Taken some decent miles on race bike then training bike. Scuffs and scratches on all bits, cover cap on one shifter has come off, but functionally all great.
£250All bits for pick up in Clapham South only (other than groupset which is on Bishopsgate. Can't post sorry.
Dibs on thread then message probably easiest, thanks!

Congrats man! Really blustery day. I got about 200m onto the main road after the turn and had a rear mech explosion. Big bit of chipping wedged in between cage and jockey wheel. How the hell that happened I've no idea. Had to scoot 8 miles back to HQ! Took hours and nearly froze to death. Nice chap called George riding fixed gave me a push the last two miles once he'd finished racing. Top man. Total waste of a day but these things happen.

Ha! I'd say both sides of the fence are hard in their own way. Everyone would love to do whatever they want with their time with no financial worries, but that's never going to happen. Being stupidly simplistic it's a regular pay check and potentially less fulfilling job vs financial insecurity and potentially more fun.
I'm 32 now. Started out as a sheep farmer straight out of agricultural Uni. Did a bit of estate management and conservation too. Got a bit tired of being so isolated with all my friends in the cities. Moved to London to work as a derivatives solicitor in the Magic Circle. Couldn't be more different from my previous life. Hours are equally punishing, money better, quality of life much worse. The move was very much worth it though as I met my wife in London.
Leaving work at the end of the month. Totally selling up to go travelling with our baby and dog. Just need more family time to be happy. Will be working part time to keep things ticking over until we figure out where we'd like to settle. We've just found it impossible to find the time to figure that out with the day to day chaos of London. Some kind of smallholding supplemented by other work would be the dream, but we'll see how realistic that is!
Bonne chance everyone, I'd say crack on with your change sooner rather than later. I can obviously not speak for anyone else's situation, but I've never regretted trying something new even if it didn't pan out. My priorities have definitely changed with each little phase of my life, so I don't think you can be super rigid about goals and ambitions, as a few years down the line you might realise that you need to devote more time to something else.

Can anyone recommend a shop in London (preferably around Clapham or Bishopsgate) that would be comfortable drilling a frame for me? It's not a big job (old Cervelo P2 to run Di2 internally) - I've done most of it (bars/chainstay etc), so it would just be one hole in the top tube and finish the cabling.
