Yeah will be interesting. My work are mandating 50% time in the office. Having worked an insane amount of hours this year I’m feeling completely burnt out and belligerent. I’ve lined-up a number of informal calls with other firms to discuss their plans for the future - I think it really helps to be armed with knowledge as to how the rest of the market is approaching things. It’s much easier to tell your current place to fuck off if you know rival outfits are offering a more flexible approach.
Ultimately I just want to be treated like an adult. My output has been ridiculous (by my office’s own assessment) over the last year and a half, so why try to force me back in?
For context, I asked our Managing Partner if I could work from home one day a week about two months before the first lockdown. He told me it would seriously damage my career. Quite keen to get into it with him and vote with my feet if he continues to be a prick.

Could do £480 for the 10spd disc and £120 ( @ewanmac ) for the fixed converter axle if came to splitting? Can throw the tube and Zipp Tangente tire in too.
Hard to price these but that seems about right based on run throughs of the TT forum classifieds. Feel free to shout if you think I’m off though.

Zipp 900 disc in good condition.
10spd hub and also have the Zipp 182 track adapter so you can run it fixed.
It’s a clincher and there is plenty of life left on the brake track.
The track adapter is super hard to get hold of and seem to go for a few hundred on their own. Hard to price but was thinking £600 all in.
If comes to splitting then I think @ewanmac has dibs on the track axle converter.
Based in Harpenden and could potentially meet in town. Don’t fancy posting this.

Hi all
I’ve had these two boxes in the garage for about 4 years now (basically since our first kid was born!).
My wife and I used them regularly for a few years before then in the golden days but they’re in great condition. Everything working, all clasps functional, crush poles, internal saddlebags, foam covers and all Velcro straps in great condition. Some minor scrapes, oil marks on the foam and light surface rust on a few of the clasps (as pictured) but all perfectly functioning. All wheels and bearings rolling as they should.
They need a good clean (which I will do pre-sale), but that’s just dust / surface dirt from storage in the garage.
I would love to keep them, but realistically we’re not going to be travelling with bikes until the kids are much older so makes sense to move them on.
One has Shimano / Rotor stickers, the other has Sram on both sides.
I think these remain a shade over £500 new, so £360 each seems about right (though shout if I’m miles off).
Ideally would be a Harpenden station pick-up given their size but could potentially do Kings X.
