Well yep of course, but hopefully sight of the claim alone would prompt some action to make good on the debt. And if the claim and subsequent judgement in default were ignored, Isen have a workshop full of items the bailiffs could have a go at.

Have you gone to the small claims court? Presumably there’s an invoice and proof of your payment and his (insufficient) refund? Should be a pretty straightforward claim. Sorry you’ve had to deal with this, sounds really shit.

Looks great, but why do all the bikes on that account only have a front brake? They seem to have gears rather than be fixed / coaster, so are they just living dangerously for aesthetics or am I missing something?!

The fact that we had a mechanism by which we could leave the EU shows we always had sovereignty - we were always in control of our legislature etc. By every legal analysis we were a sovereign nation whilst in the EU. Those voting to leave because they ‘believe in the principle of sovereignty’ just needed to fucking educate themselves at the time.

I still have a 26” jump / pump track bike, but my others are 27.5. Haven’t tried 29” yet, but unless you’re racing xc or dh I don’t see the need to go that big (personally).

So great! Perfect winter bike. Mind me asking what ratio you’re running? I’ve still yet to pin down a ratio that feels right for all round winter miles, so always interested to hear what people run.
