Anyone had a worktop join crack after not that long? The (very good) company who fitted it suggest the base units may have moved slightly and to speak to builder, then they can repair it (for £100!).
Builder was a cowboy and will never build allowed back. Shall I try and screw the two base units together?
Might not pay the £100 and just rake it out and add some silicone.. -

I think @inchpincher has nailed it. It's super nice whatever it is. Cheers
Edit - it has 3 pushers so possibly a slightly more advanced complication?

Did Seville (and my first) marathon on Sunday in 4 hours 2 minutes chip time. Not the smoothest - didn't warm up properly (banked on some waiting time in the paddock) and my knock off camelpack tube mouth piece came off at 39k, and I swallowed it. Weighed up finishing with it in my gullet but opted to induce it back up on the spot. However, thoroughly enjoyed it and would recommend that one to anyone. Great city too - was there for the best part of a week

Has anyone successfully negotiated up the price offered for a written off car by their insurer? Someone wrote my car off last week whilst it was parked on my road. Been offered £1400. That is probs fine really but I'm gonna be spending at least 2 replacing it
They said it's a regulated process / won't change / but I can appeal the process

I know there's a few people with leasehold experiences around.... 10:30 pm sorting out another leak from flat above me...
The lease for the 5 flats in my block says you can't rent the flat out. The guy above is a serial landlord, and takes less care than I imagine a private owner would (not guaranteed). Is there a mechanism to enforce he doesn't rent it out? I'd rather someone not rented live there, who would actually take this stuff more seriously.
Old pic but it's the same problem now, as discussed a few weeks ago on here (going to do insurance route now). -

is that a river stocky? what did it take?
Fair play re used reel. This looks decent. Anything 4000-6000 would work I think
