I have this beauty of a track bike which doesn't get the attention it deserves so I'll give it away to a new home.
I don't actually know what make the frame is judging from the nice lugs, the Campagnolo dropouts and the RGF stamped bottom bracket it should be something quite decent and it is in very good condition. It has a lot of similarities to this one: https://www.lfgss.com/conversations/221587/
I got the frame raw and it was powder coated by the old Armourtex in a awesome turquoise lacquer which is a bit sparkly.The frame comes with the original, undrilled and matching powder coated track fork as well as a chrome BLB flat crown fork to ride it with a front brake. The lugs from the BLB fork are very similar to the ones on the frame.
The frame measures 56 c-c by 56 c-c and is a great fit for me being 184cm.

I had a similar experience with the 700c x 45 WTB Riddlers. I found them impossible to fit the my rim evenly. They would always wobble. I returned them and went for 43 Gravelkings which fitted instantly.
A few days ago I tried to fit WTB Horizons to my 650B wheel set using an airshot. Took me about 8 tries to seat them evenly. I am seriously considering to switch to Gravelkings here as well. -

Until recently I rode a 1x9 42t / 11-36 setup with Dura Ace 9 speed bar end shifters operating a generic Deore (RD-M531?) rear derailleur. Worked pretty well. For climbs while touring I wanted another cog in the back. I updated to Dura Ace 10 speed bar ends operating a Shimano XT M772 (still 9 speed because of the same pull ratio) on a sunrace 11-40 cassette. It works similarly well on the first 9 cogs but could be better on the 10th 40T cog. I bought a cheap version of the lindarets roadlink and will see how that works out. The whole compatibility thing is shit though.

Does somebody have a recommendation for forks?
I am looking for something like the Fyxation Sparta All Road Carbon Fork for a 650B conversion. Non tapered. -

@Colonel_of_Truth is on point.
Re Handlebar Support: For the next tour I am going to use some elastic straps against the head tube to keep the support in place. It was sometimes jumping a bit on bumpy trails.

I didn't liked my handlebar roll hanging down and dangling around so I made a support from a £2 Leylands steel rod. Inspired by Nittos F16 handlebar bag support. No tools needed just the rod and something to bend it around. In my case the staircase railing worked fine. Later I used some isolation tape to prevent scratches and noise. Worked very well on a 5 day trip.
I have a Specialized Awol in large which I might pass on if the price is right. Either as frame or half / full build.
