It did. It makes it ever so slightly fiddly to get the bag on, but doesn’t really cause issues other than that. I’ve got the medium bag too, which I use most of the time I use the bike. Same problem, but doesn’t really bother me that much.

No my cdf doesn’t have that. My wife’s cross check has a cable running on the top of her top tube, which doesn’t interfere with it, but I couldn’t say about a cable running under with any certainty, I’m afraid.

Might be useful to someone. I think the axle to crown is somewhere around 400mm. Can fit at 40mm easy. They're not light, and I gave them a light rub down with some fine grit in preparation for rattle-canning which never happened.
