Ok a little update on this in that i can offer postage, if that helps?

After building it up and riding it about twice, I've grudgingly realised I do not need a fixed/SS gravel bike or Tracklocross or whatever this thing is!

Its size small, which equates to about 52cm. Rear spacing is 135mm and I can confirm it will comfortably take at least 700x40.

Frame is in decent condition, but with a few minor scuffs and stuff here and there. A few stickers adorn it.

Frame/forks + seat clamp + headset (cheap but new). I do have the little down tube cable guides somewhere, too.

Basically I’m currently deliberating about wether to keep my Day One (I’ve barely used it since building it up) or move it on. Do you need any other bits, like wheels?

I’ve got the blue forks in this thread. I can’t remember what the mount situation is and my photo is unhelpful in that regard. If they’re of any use, I’ll head up to the loft and check if they have mounts at the fork ends.

Not going argue with clearance being good - I’ve got 40mm tyres in my CDF and Day One with plenty of room for mud.

I much prefer those dropouts to the kind on my CDF and Day One. Much more refined.

Ha, yeah. The first board I got this time around was an 8” and it was wider than I’d have been used to as a teenager in the late 90s. I’ve now worked up to a 8.5” and I’m tempted by a 8.75” as I tried my mates recently and it felt pretty nice.

I started again at 40 and have yet to regret it. Took a little while for my ankles to stop feeling sketchy and I’m still really crap, but I get a lot of joy out of it so who cares.
