"There are no skipping methods available for your cart or destination".
We can't complete the purchase of formal club membership, with the shop's current setup (assume @fasih encountered same problem)

I'd like to enter some TT events, is http://www.cyclingtimetrials.org.uk/ the best place to look? Is anyone allowed to enter the events on the website? I find it a little confusing/daunting.
I am a BC (Gold) member but not affiliated with any club. I noticed someone mentioned the Team VeloVelocity E2/25 event on the 5th September, I'm going to try entering that on the website.

This evening, while cycling south on City Road riding primary at about 25mph, I go to change lanes into the bus lane and very nearly come off my bike... going over the bus lane road marking. A taxi was right up my arse too and I would've been straight under it, but I somehow managed to regain traction and balance. Lifted the heartrate somewhat I tells ya.
Was after a bit of rain, over a recently painted line marking (in my view too thick), hitting it at a low angle and on fully pumped up gator hardshells.
Reminded me of how easily accidents can happen, it's such a common manoeuvre you wouldn't think twice about it.
csb etc etc

It does seem high, especially for cycling. I would expect that for the run leg. What threshold HR would you usually expect?
I find my race day HR always a bit higher than when training hard. Plus it was a fairly hot cycle yesterday. Too many factors to be sure
My cycle average HR yesterday was 153! Maxed at 174.

Cool, thanks. Interestingly, for the whole 72min my average was higher than my 60min... I guess that makes sense, going harder at the beginning and end must've bumped the total average up. Think I'll stick with 240w for now and see how that feels training.
How does everyone else here estimate their ftp?

Had my first proper outting on my p2m at the London Triathlon today. Having never used power before, today was more for curiosity, but I intend to train with power more often now. For that I know I'll need to estimate FTP to set up my zones; would I be able to use the triathlon as a starting point? What should I look at, 60min avg or 20min? I wasn't going ALL out, but fairly close to it.
