Senor Bear, pokey is fine. It's just a city house, to see me and my brothers through getting into london and setting ourselves up. It's not a full long term thing. Would rather better connections/smaller place, than something more lavish/further out. If i wanted that i'd stay living outside london.

I've heard lfgss is big on honor oak park, brockley area(are there nice pubs and cafes here, some life?), but the connections into town just arn't as good and sadly not everyone cycles!

The thing that leads be south over Stoke Newington, is that the transport connections seem a world better into town, unless i'm misconstrued over this? How would you get from S.N into central?

Only the chainring is Campag Pista, the cranks are Primato. I took the print off with wire wool, as with logos on the bars, hubs and most things really. That's just how I like it.

Where would you go, want somewhere central as possible, up and coming with good connections on the tube near. Thinking east, mile end/bethnal green/shoreditch, maybe islington area(don't know much about it but where it is).
Any personal recommendations... Opinions on areas. What is islington like?

But on the risers, i will mess about with spacers for a while, no cutting will happen until satisfied. However, i still don't know if there is any benefit in going for a 40mm rise over 25mm, beyond the fact i'd need less steerer and aesthetically. Does a 40mm rise look to much on a non-MTB bike.

Picking out some riser bars at the moment. Decided on these. However, riser height is something i'm unsure on. More rise/cut more steerer or just less rise? Seems a small choice but one i'm unsure which way to sway on...

Do i go for 288 or 290? With thought to nipple length... (dt calculates at 12m) but provided with 14m on CRC, so will 288 be fine?

Deciding between 165 and 175.

If long legged, 34" inseam, would it just be best to go for 170s? Also if long legged, would spinning fast be easier than for someone of short legs; does leg length affect ease of spinning/cadence?
