We went to Amsterdam over the weekend and stumpled upon this fixed gear exhibition.

Hi,
since I already started looking for a replacement left crankarm, I took the left (supposedly broken one) off, looking for cracks or anything.
my problem in the first place was that after a little riding the left crank arm would start making annoying squeeky sounds and then ultimatly come lose. actually the bolt came loose.
talking to my bike dealer of choice he said if the bolt kept coming loose there might be a little crack in the crank. So I took it off and looked closely but found nothing!
Is there anything else that could cause this problem? the screw is new by the way....
I just can`t see why this keeps happening!!
thanks in advance for any help

yes it is a colnago, and yes the picture is probably very shitty....
I have no clue how much space there should be, but I tried to capture it as good as possible!
as far as I know the bike has never been crashed, and before me only ridden on the track!

allright! I have to come back to this real quick and short, since you guys gave me a real headache about the front tyre clearance!
I hit a pothole today, straight on at decent speed (hole must have been an inch deep) and nothing happened! and I was leaning on the on the bar heavily weighing 100kg right now!
I am not saying that there will never be a problem with the clearance, but it won`t be from regular everyday/road potholes...
eased my mind a little bit! :D

Hi,
somehow my roomate is hooked on the idea to ride around our little town on a pretty single speed!
And now I got to take care of finding her a nice frame! It doesn`t have to be a track frame, rather an older road frame. Size 56cm. Bottom bracket, fork and headset should be included...now the catch! We live in Cologne, Germany and would need somebody to be willing to send it here...
Of course there is a budget limit! It should be around 85-90gbp all incl. sent...Thanks
Sebastian
