My Hunt's came with Hutchinson Sector 28s installed but they've been really poor, Hunt have been excellent though and are refunding the tyres. What sealant would people recommend as the Schwalbe Doc Blue stuff didn't seal the punctures I had on the Sector 28s.
What's the puncture protection supposedly like on the Pro Ones?

Regarding tyre choice what are peoples thoughts?
I'm leaning away from tan walls as although they look great against Ti they're not the most practical for a winter bike build, maybe for the next summer build...
I have dabbled in tubeless before but did not get on with the Hutchinson Sector 28s...
Should I try tubeless again, if so what combination of sealant and tyres?
My safe option is GP4000s in 28mm as I have had them on other bikes and got on well with them

They've been fantastic to deal with, much better than XACD (who I also got to quote). The sales rep at Waltly is great, she's called Amy and is very responsive and helpful (and patient)!
Hopefully the frame will be finished next week (35 days from order), then I'm at the mercy of international shipping and customs.

After a bit of gentle persuasion by @pjhobs I have taken the plunge and ordered a custom Titanium frame from Waltly in China.
All being well the frame should arrive in the next few weeks so I thought it would be prudent to set up a thread for the build.
The frame is loosely based on the Kinesis GF Ti Disc and the J.Jack Laverack. So clearances for big tyres, mudguard and rack mounts. The geometry is based on a bike fit so should be spot on (hopefully).
For anyone who is interested in the frame drawings they are below

I've pretty much decided on spec but there are a few bits still to decide:
Frame: Waltly - Brushed Titanium with sand blasted graphics
Forks: Hongfu FK286 Carbon - 15mm Thru Axle
Stem: Fizik Cyrano R1
Bars: Fizik Cyrano R3
Headset: Chris King Inset 7 (black)
Post: Titanium inline
Saddle: Brooks C13
Wheels: Hunt Mason 4 Season
Groupset: Ultegra Hydraulic
Guards: PDW Full Metal Fenders Black
Tyres: GP 4000s 28mmPics:

Unfortunately my new bike is thru axle so my dynamo wheels no longer fit, I am thus selling them.
They are in fantastic condition, bearings still smooth, rims great condition etc. Approx mileage about 4000
I am selling them complete with Schwalbe Marathon Plus 32c tyres (in great condition) and B&M front and rear lights and cabling. This means they are perfect for someone wanting to make the leap into the Dynamo world with a complete package.
The whole set cost me around £350 and is still in great condition. I will also include 2 spare continental inner tubes with the wheels
£190 collected (SW London) or £205 posted UK only
Front
SP - PD 8 Disc Dynamo Hub - Silver - 32h
Rigida RimsRear
Shimano FH-M525A VIA hub - Grey - 36h (8,9,10spd)

It's dependent on another sale but hopefully I'll be in a position to move them on
I'll try and get some pics at the weekend. They're absolutely bomb proof wheels built by Spa Cycles.
Ideally would sell as a pair front and rear. Silver hubs, spokes and rims
Would come with Schwalbe Marathon Plus tyres 32c

Frame probably not going to be ready this week the 35 days they initially quote for build doesn't include weekends it appears. Means in real terms it is a 47 day build so potentially finished next Friday ready for shipping end of November...
