In a bit of a quandry here.
I'm doing some touring in Belgium in a couple of months. My bike doesn't have any eyelets for panniers (and I bloody hate riding with them anyway so p-clips or a Beam rack aren't really an option for me). I purchased a Carradice SQR Tour Slim which has plenty of room for my belongings but the clearances on my frame are, well, not great, and there's about 50mm between the bottom of the bag and my back tyre. I tried it out on my commute today and it rubbed, I'm guessing when I went over bumps. I will have to return it and look at other options.
I already have a Uraltour saddlebag but at about 10l I don't think it's big enough for a couple of weeks (unless I pair it with a handbar bag?). It also has droop issues unless you secure the straps super tight.
The main issue is a ride a tiny frame (it's an XS B'Twin Ultra 700 AF which is about 49cm I think) -- I have about 11cm of seatpost showing and I'm not even sure there's 20cm between by saddle rails and the top of the tyre.
Suggestions? The Apidura large bag might fit, but £100 was a bit more than I was expecting to spend to be honest.

Sold to @twr.
Thanks!

I'm very sad to be selling this workhorse. It introduced me to the joys of cycling about 18 months ago, but I've now moved on to better things.
Everything's pretty much as it was when I bought it, components here: https://www.decathlon.co.uk/triban-3-red-road-bike-id_8274036.html
Except:
It has a new middle chainring (new as of about a year ago)
Wheels are Vision Team 30s -they are 650c wheels
Tyres are Conti GP 4000S II, about a year old, loads of life left
New chain and cassette as of last September (KMC X8.93 8 speed and Shimano HG50 8 speed cassette)I've bunged an old saddle from my bits box on it, and I can put some platform pedals on if you need to ride it away. The bar tape is a bit ratty so I will throw in a new box of Charge U-Bend tape (red, obviously).
It fits me perfectly, I'm 5'4". The seatpost is as low as it could go (I have very short legs). It's done some distance (almost 10,000km last year) but I've kept it clean and maintained though there are a few marks here and there as you'd expect on a well-loved bike. It's ready to ride away. I have just replaced the brake pads and the gears shift pretty well for a Sora / 2300 set up. I've used it for commuting, touring, club runs and even some time trials. It's a beauty.
I'm based in Catford for viewings at weekends / evenings.
I'm looking for £150. Send me a message if you have any questions!

Selling some bits here: https://www.lfgss.com/conversations/294350/
(Morvelo / Adidas jerseys, Tenn and Vulpine shorts).

Selling a few bits due to losing a bit of weight since starting cycling.
1) Adidas Team Response XL jersey. In the label in the back it says this is a 20-22 (!!) but I bought it thinking it was a 16. It's a bit big for a 16 to be honest. Still in pretty good condition apart from some hatching on the back. One of the nicest jerseys I own but just much too big for me now. £10.

2) Morvelo jersey, size XL -- again too big for me. Not much to say here really, excellent condition, I've worn it a bit and there's a grease mark on one of the arms (now barely noticeable but you can see it in the picture) but apart from that pretty good as new. £20.

3) Tenn Summit bib shorts, size 16. Never got on with these. Worn a handful of times, if that. £5.

4) Hoy Vulpine Saitama Trail Short, XL. Again, too big for me. Worn once. £20.

If anyone wants the whole lot you can have it all for £40. Pick up in central London or SE23 (or in between), or, I might be willing to post for a cost. Cheers!

I have the V1 saddlepack. It's really nice (webpage says 10-11l: http://eng.uraltour.com/saddle-packs/) and I used it from London to Paris with minimal issues other than occasional drooping due to not securing it tightly. That + holding 13l at the front is an option I guess.
EDIT: I've just read your past posts regarding seatpacks fitting a bike with minimal seatpost showing: when I ordered the Uraltour for my previous bike I had 10cm of post showing and about 20cm between the rails and the tyre, and they said this was fine (you only been 16cm apparently). Postage was quick, and the quality it pretty good, though I've not seen any alternatives in the flesh tbh.
